These terms govern your use of OzSites, provided by Cooply Solutions Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

OzSites is a hosted website builder for estate and letting agents. We provide the composer, hosting, SSL and the features described on your plan. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you publish, for keeping your login secure, and for ensuring your sites comply with applicable law. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and exclude VAT. Trials are free for 14 days. You can cancel at any time; monthly plans stop at the end of the current period.

Your content

You own the content you create. You can export your content, redirects and media at any time. We claim no ownership over your sites.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
