This policy explains how OzSites, a product of Cooply Solutions Ltd, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the information you provide on this site.

When you contact us or start a trial we collect your name, agency, email address and any details you choose to share. When you use the platform we process the content and account data needed to run your sites, plus basic technical logs.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the service, take payment, and send service-related messages. We rely on legitimate interest and contract as our lawful bases, and consent for optional marketing.

Sharing & hosting

Your data is hosted in the EU. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (for example email delivery and payments), under appropriate data-processing terms. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@ozcrm.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months and account data for the life of your account plus any period required by law.
